Unit Manager (UM) (Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of Micro-finance unit in accordance with procedures
• To review and make credit decisions
• Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
• Have the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
• Having experience at least 1 (one) year as business unit manager of Micro or experienced at least 3 (three) years as a sales or credit officer
• Derived from the local area (preferably)

Teller (Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for transaction processing in micro units
• Has the ability to establish good relations with customers
• Perform billing (cash pick-up) to customers

• Have the skills to use computers

Operations Officer (OO)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of UM and service operations in accordance with the rules
• Responsible for management of operational activities in the unit, and provide solutions to the problems of unit
• Responsible for repayment rate units and units lukuiditas
• Conduct inspection of the unit report
• Conduct coaching and mentoring to the Teller

Cluster Manager (CM) (Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening new units and ensure passage of the operational units in the area led

• Able to motivate the entire team
