HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

The applicant should possess the following characteristics:

• A post-graduate degree in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of international or public affairs, development economics or communications.
• Credibility with country stakeholders in civil society academia and the media
• Strong leadership skills and a strong team player
